تأسست "علي المعمار وشركاه" لتكون الأولى في القطاع الخاص العراقي باستيراد الأجهزة الطبية التشخيصية، وكانت الأولى باستيراد جهاز الموجات فوق الصوتية Ultrasound.Ali Almimar & Partners Co. was founded as the first private company in Iraq specializing in importing diagnostic medical equipment, and the first to import an Ultrasound device.
كانت الشركة الأولى في القطاع الخاص لاستيراد جهاز CT Scanner وMRI Scanner وPET Scanner — منجزات تاريخية في تطور القطاع الصحي العراقي.The company was the first in the private sector to import CT Scanner, MRI Scanner, and PET Scanner — historic milestones in Iraq's healthcare development.
نشرت المجموعة إعلانها الشهير في إحدى المجلات الوطنية، معلنةً توسّعها في مجال الأجهزة الطبية والعلمية وتطوير صناعة البدائل المحلية لصيانتها.The Group published its landmark advertisement in a national magazine, announcing its expansion in medical and scientific equipment and the development of local maintenance alternatives.
تأسست شركة جوهرة المعمار للمعدات الطبية لتكون الذراع المتخصص في التقنيات الطبية المبتكرة: جراحة المستقيم، المسالك البولية، الأعصاب، القلب، النساء، والعلاج الطبيعي.Jewel Al-Mimar Medical Equipment was founded as the specialized arm in innovative medical technologies: proctology, urology, neurosurgery, cardiovascular, gynecology, and physiotherapy.
